Atmospheric Science Web Sites

  • E-Books In Atmospheric Science
Made available by netLibrary, check out new electronic books in art.

  • UAH Atmospheric Science Department - In response to growth in atmospheric science research and instruction at UAH, in 1990 the College of Science instituted an Atmospheric Science Program. In 1995 the program became the full-fledged Department of Atmospheric Science. Since much of the information about the atmosphere must come from satellite-based instruments, and because the atmosphere is coupled with the other components of the atmosphere-ocean-land-biosphere system, the program of study emphasizes remote sensing and earth system science.
