Download EBSCO eBooks to your computer or mobile device!

Beginning this semester, you can now download most EBSCO eBooks to your computer or mobile device.  You can explore more about this topic in our eBooks research guide or follow the steps below.

1. Install Adobe Digital Editions on your computer or Mac.  Learn more and download it from here.

2.  Create a personal EBSCOhost account.  You can do this from any EBSCO database (for example Academic Search Complete or our new OneSearch portal, which allows you to search multiple library databases at once) by clicking the Sign In link in the top right corner.  Click here to learn more.

3. Once you have your account set up and are logged in, search for the eBook you would like to check out and download.  Then follow these instructions here.

4.  If you would like to transfer your eBook to your iPad, Nook, or other mobile device, please see the instructions here.  Please note that iOS devices and others may require an app to work.  More on that here.  For a list of compatible devices, click here.
